At VBL Technologies, we pride ourselves on being ready and available when you need us most. We offer many ways to contact us and request support from our team of talented professionals.
VBL Technologies is fully staffed during normal business hours, including a dedicated helpdesk and network operation center. VBL is also available on-call 24 hours day, 7 days a week to clients with active Managed Service plans.

To Request Support, please select the option best suited for you:
- Email Us. Send us an email to email@example.com to request support. The email will be sent directly to our dispatch team and a service ticket will be automatically created. You will immediately get an automated response letting you know our system received it and our team has been notified.
- Client Portal. Our Managed Service clients have a dedicated portal to submit and review tickets and perform other activities relating to their account. It is the most efficient way to communication with us and ensures the most responsive service.
- 252-491-8306. This is the direct line to our help desk. During normal business hours, we have a human answering all calls. You are not forced to listen to a machine to get help. We value your call and we show it.
- Remote Support. This option will allow our technicians to safely and securely remote into your computer so we can assist you just as if we are right there with you.
