Contest Rules

Eligibility

Legal residents of the United States and U.S. territories. Participants of the contest must be 18 years or older on the date of entry to the contest.

Employees of VBL Technologies, LLC and the immediate family members of employees currently working VBL Technologies, LLC are not eligible to participate in the contest.

How to Enter

Purchase is not required to enter or win. Entrants, who are qualified, defined above, may enter as much as they would like throughout the promotional period. The promotional period begins on December 12, 2011 and ends September 30, 2012. One winner will be chosen between this time period. The winner will be chosen from the eligible received during the contest time period.

One way to enter is to text "vbltech" to 96362. By entering the VBL Technologies Apple iPad 2 contest participants agree to have their information used in other promotional and marketing aspects. When the entrant texts VBL Technologies they will automatically be entered in to the iPad contest.

VBL Technologies is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or incorrect transmission of or a failure to receive entry, winner or other give away information by VBL Technologies or entrants for any reason. VBL Technologies is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any applicant's cell phone during the entry process. VBL Technologies reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted or compromised.

There will be one winner during the contest period.

The Prize

The winner will receive one Apple iPad 2. One price will be awarded during the contest period. The prize does not include activation or accessories. The winner is in care of all service activation relating to the prize and any other charges or equipment required and related to the prize.

Winners will be notified by phone. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may be related to the prize. By entering in this contest entrants convey that they are legally eligible to win the prize.
